Sure the game can always be better and more attractive to new players. And if im not mistaking the premium is their main income in terms of revenue (where the lower level players are the mayority buyers).
Many new and old players buy premium (myself included, which have played since aug 2015).
The game still attracts new players all the time.
Just as your sugestion about subscription wont ever be interesting to all players. Ofc is not interesting for all players, it has never been and will never be. Game must be better, more attractive for new players. Still same old solutions not are good for new players, many old players expect more. Premium not offer more benefits than a time ago, today not is interesting for all players.
